Halloween Classroo-oo-oom Craft Ideas!

So, next week will be your last week of term! Halloween is fast approaching but will fall during half term so we thought why not gather some funky Halloween classroom arts and crafts ideas for you to do with your pupils!

We’ve also included all of the original links so you can find the step-by-step guides there if you need them!

Pimp out your classroom this Halloween by creating some themed bunting, maybe go a step further and get even more creative by cutting the bunting into different shapes instead of the standard triangle. You could make pumpkin shapes and ghost figures too!

While you’re pimping out the classroom, use this balloon decoration idea. Orange balloons could be pumpkins, or the children can simply draw anything Halloween related on the balloon using felt tips! Good luck with the felt tip screeching when they’re drawing on the balloon’s! (hehe)

Here’s an idea for the children to create and maybe take home to spook out their siblings or grown-ups! Or even for you to spook out your fellow teachers in the staff room… (Any video’s of this would be greatly appreciated!)

Everyone love a good toilet roll recycling hack, and you don’t even need to get messy with paint! Get out some crayons and felt tips, a pritt stick and some card and you can make any spooky character you like!

Get your pupils outside (on a crisp and dry day I might add!) and find some leaf talent to make leaf ghosts! This is a super quick and easy idea for children to perhaps hang from string and again, scare their siblings when they get home.. or just torment the pets!

If you try any of these Halloween arts and craft idea’s in the classroom be sure to send us some pictures or tag us on social media, we’d love to see them!
