Autumn has definitely appeared from nowhere this year, we swear it was only last week that it was the worst type of warm (this being the typical UK stuffy heat, aka no air whatsoever) and this week, fully freezing winter mornings having us scrambling the back of the cupboard for our winter coat two minutes before needing to leave the house for school! But hey, we have managed to make it halfway towards half term even though the crazy continues.

Schools are back and loving it, our staff are super excited to be back to work and we’re loving the positiveness we’re all managing to find amidst the current climate.

Here at the Staffroom office, we’ve been super busy booking our staff into schools and planning for the next few months. It’s been great to have our team meetings back (at a distance of course) and to be sat around our booking desk talking about all sorts of random things, as usual!

We’ve been brainstorming lots of different ideas for new content and how we can adapt further in this new ‘virtual’ world. Keep your eyes peeled for some more competitions, video content and projects to get involved with to take a break from the doom and gloom.

Many of us are probably ready to say goodbye to the catastrophe of 2021 but we’re determined to keep the momentum going!
