Staffroom Education are looking for an Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistant to work in one of our secondary schools in Newport. This role will be full-time and will begin in November 2022. Applicants will need to have experience, training, or qualifications in additional learning needs.

Role requirements and necessary skills:

• A good understanding of Additional Learning Needs;

• The ability to support the class teacher and follow planning/timetables

• Excellent behaviour strategies

• Strong communication skills

• The ability to work with groups or pupils or as a one to one basis;
