The Best New Year's Resolution to make this year...

Nope, it’s not to train for the Olympics or take up needlepoint, but something far more achievable! We think that your New Year’s Resolution should be to consider your work/life balance and whether it’s working for you. If not, then perhaps it’s worth considering looking for a job that’s more flexible, and allows you to work around your commitments… like a job with us!

Staffroom Education offer flexible work in local schools, meaning that you get to choose which days you want to work and which days you don’t (which naturally means that if you do want to work full-time, then this is an option!) This is great for anyone wanting to spend more time with their family or friends, anyone studying, and anyone who wants to reclaim a bit more precious free time - and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?!

So, how does it work? As long as you have some recent experience working with children in the U.K, then we can look for work for you as a Teaching Assistant or a Cover Supervisor in schools in South Wales (you can specify where and how far you’re willing to travel). If you don’t have any experience working with children, please feel free to take a look at our other vacancies, such as our admin roles. When you register with us, we’ll ask you roughly how often you’d like to work (don’t worry if this changes!), then each week we will get in touch to confirm which days you’d like to work, and which days you wouldn’t, giving you more control over your work/life balance!

So why not give it a go! You won’t be on a contract with us, so are free to leave whenever you like, but if you never try, you’ll never know!

If you would like more information about registering with us, please send an email to info@staffroomeducation.co.uk, give us a call on 02920 496646, or leave your details below!
