What's on in South Wales - October Half Term
There’s only one week left until October half term - one of our favourites! Who doesn’t love all the fun that it has to offer, from Halloween, to Bonfire Night, to having an excuse to cosy up and stay in. Okay, so maybe some of you prefer the summer and miss the warm weather (me too honestly), but fear not, as there are lots of fun things going on in South Wales this half term that will help you to embrace the season.
Pumpkin Picking
For a start, if you fancy some pumpkin picking (and let’s be honest, don’t we all?) then good news! There are loads of places to go for a wholesome day out with all the family. Not just for the students, (although very popular with them!) why not give Bingo Lingo a go? House of Horrors
If you fancy something spooky this half term, head on over to Llanrumney Hall between the 29th and 31st October for their House of Horrors. There will also be a family-friendly disco in the grounds, so this event has something for all ages. Firework Displays
As Bonfire Night is right around the corner, there are plenty of fireworks displays planned. Between Friday 4th and Sunday 6th November, you can see displays in Cardiff, Barry Island, Ebbw Vale, Swansea and more!
