Why we've increased our rate of pay

Good news - our candidates have had a pay rise! Here at Staffroom, we recognize that the cost of living crisis has had an impact on many people, and we want to support our candidates however we can. Due to this, we have raised our rates of pay as follows:

• Teaching Assistants will now be paid £75 per day

• Cover Supervisors will now be paid £100 per day

• Qualified Teachers will now be paid £142 per day

• Admin, catering, cleaning, and exam roles will now be paid £12-£14 per hour

We hope that these increases are able to help our candidates deal with the cost of living crisis, or that they at least help to give a bit more peace of mind.
