Say Hello to our newest member and our Staffroom dog Bella.

As you’ve probably noticed on our Instagram account. Jess has now left us to go on maternity leave, we wish her all the best and can’t wait to meet the little one. Which means we now have a new member of staff. I’d like you all to give a warm welcome to Bethan our newest recruitment consultant and her little Cavachon Bella. Bethan was previously a special needs teacher specialising in ASD and moderate learning difficulties. A perfect fit to look after Jess’s candidates whilst on maternity.

So how has your first few weeks been at Staffroom?

My first few weeks have been busy!! I’ve been learning lots of new things, but I have enjoyed every minute of it as I love to learn new things.

Everyone has been very friendly and helped me A LOT. It’s such a nice work environment to be in, and I’m overwhelmed with how welcoming everyone has been making me feel like a true part of the team.

What have you enjoyed most so far?

Visiting our schools and speaking to our candidates, it’s amazing how friendly all our staff are they’ve been asking me how I am getting on and complementing Staffroom which is so lovely to hear.

What do you get up to when you’re not at work?

I walk my dog Bella! She’s a little Cavachon (and a huge princess). I like to eat so I cook a lot! And love a good series on Netflix.

What do you think will be your biggest challenge?

I think my biggest challenge will be Excel!!

Lastly as we love anything food related here in the office, what would be your perfect meal?

A big homemade spaghetti Bolognese with homemade garlic bread! Delicious!
