Marketing and Communications Officer.

Calling all marketeers! We have a shiny new vacancy available and are seeking a Marketing and Communications Guru to join our team. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday and available immediately so whether you have recently graduated and are looking to kick-start your career; or, you are in a role currently but in need of a change, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsible for all things marketing, social media, and advertising, the primary focus will be to build upon the organisations brand awareness. The role will be varied - here are just a few examples of what will be involved:

• Lead the organisations Social Media presence – strategy, design, content, tone etc;

• Develop advertising content to support the organisation recruitment strategy;

• Create marketing campaigns to drive traffic towards our channels;

• Communicate organisational information with both candidates and clients;

• Assist with candidate assessment;

• Process personal and sensitive client and candidate data;

• Communicate with external business partners.

The type of person we feel this role will suit best is someone with first-class verbal and written communication skills. We are a quirky bunch so a sense of humour and positive outlook will work well, along with a professional attitude and work ethic. Conversation in the office will invariably involve food so an interest or ability in all-things culinary is definite bonus points.
